This role is a mobile -network focused (not IT). An executive position but with a hands-on approach guaranteeing network coverage and regulatory compliances

THE ROLE:

 

• Drive strategy formulation and provide strategic leadership and direction to the Networks function.

• Forecast Network Capacity requirements and Network Quality Management

• Formulate and implement the Technology Architecture for Global Delivery in partnership with the regional CTO for Africa.

• Ensure building of Intelligent Network & VAS management and maintenance of the physical in-country network for the Opco.

• Key partner and stakeholder management.

• Governance and performance monitoring of Country operations.

• Ensure capability development of the team and improved engagement. 

• Customer Experience.

• Monitor and ensure an efficient NOE.

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

• 10-15 years of varied experience, 5-7 within Telecom Industry or 5-7 years in GSM/CDMA Network.

• Minimum 5 years management experience in network Performance /Optimization/Planning/O&M

• Should have led Technical function of a smaller operation
