Job Description

The Company is seeking to engage a Fuel Attendant who would effectively and efficiently respond to the needs of the customers at the Filling Station. The Fuel Attendant would be responsible for meeting customers’ needs while ensuring politeness and prompt delivery of services.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Ensure politeness and render assistance to customers at all times.

• Observe health and safety rules and precautions.

• Fill customers’ vehicle with petrol or diesel to the requested level.

• Record amount received and prepare report of transactions.

• Ensure that all petrol dispensers are kept filled and are in good working order at all times.

• Collect payment for dispensed fuel and tender change to customers.

• Process credit/debit card and cash payments in exchange for sold products.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• Possess at least 1 year working experience.

• Ability to speak good English.

• Demonstrate good listening skills.

• Excellent customers service skills.

• Possess good attitude and willingness to learn.

• Responsible and reliable.
