Job Description

The organization is looking to hire an Investment Analyst. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years experience in role and must be currently working in a financial institution. Candidate must be in active employment at the date of recruitment and must have been in current role for not less than a year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzing current and past financial data and performance

• Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis

• Assessing investment opportunities

• Establishing and evaluating profit plans

• Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement

• Providing financial models and forecasting

• Forecasting and measuring business growth potentials

• Business Performance Measurement and Analytics

• Interpreting data and analysis on market, economic and political events – and providing insights therefrom

• Assess the financial strength of the firm's trading counterparties and monitor industry trends.

• Due diligence on companies covered in research and portfolio companies

• Investment Risk Management (in collaboration with Group Risk Management)

• Attend client’s meetings with the sales team

• Any other task that may be assigned
