Job Description

A supervisor is responsible for the productivity and actions of a small group of employees. The supervisor has several manager-like roles, responsibilities, and powers. As a member of management, a supervisor's main job is more concerned with orchestrating and controlling work rather than performing it directly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will make sure employees under supervision meet performance expectations.

• Will give instructions or orders to subordinate employees.

• Will ensure that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.

• Will approve work hours and ensure deadlines are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma

• Previous leadership experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• An eye for detail and accuracy.

• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Computer literacy, and must be familiar with Ms-Excel.

• Proactive organizational skills.

• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
