Job Description

Instructors need to have strong experience in delivering training in cloud technologies with a minimum of 300 hours. Customer service and pre-sales skills because their primary responsibility is to ensure their clients' needs are met. Analytical skills because they have to review a lot of information that they use to make their recommendations. Problem-solving skills are important because their client may have unique needs and require customized learning needs. Trainers must have strong communication and facilitating skills so that they can effectively deliver the training. Consultancy experience in the specific technical field.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Creation, design, plan and delivery of high impact trainings in technology

• Creation of fast-track training (bootcamps) using applied learning, real cases scenarios, simulations, laboratories, projects and challenges.

• Collaborate on customized and innovate proposals aligned to business objectives and KPIs to improve identified technical and leadership skills.

• Participate in digital transformation and consultancy projects when required.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel for training and conferences.

Additional desirable skills

• One or more PMP/CAMP/ITIL/SIXSIGMA/SCRUM certification is desirable

• Prove Digital Transformation project experience or/and Knowledge

• Consultant experience in the field

• Training creation, designing, planning and delivery experience (300 hours minimum)

• MCT and/or AWS mentor certification is desirable, or any official trainer certification according to the field

• Experience with virtualization of servers and desktop

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IT field.

• Project Management Experience.
